Eames Institute
The Eames Institute gives people new ways to experience the Eames process in order to encourage them to solve the problems that matter.
Charles and Ray Eames believed in learning by doing. With infinite curiosity, they approached their work as a series of discoveries to develop a solution to any problem. By making their process accessible to everyone, the Eames Institute empowers people to use design to make a positive impact at any scale.
They will host tours, talks, gatherings, exhibitions, and other immersive experiences that give people an opportunity to discover the power of design and see the world differently.
The visual identity is centered around the the idea of infinite curiosity. A dynamic lowercase ‘e’ acts as an eye that represents the curious and playful nature of the Eames process. The vivid color palette and eccentric type family is heavily influenced by Charles and Rays work, while being reinterpreted in a modern way.
